However, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including:
Increased revenue
A specific number of leads
A specific conversion rate
A specific sales result
A guaranteed return on investment
Guaranteed performance from third-party platforms, CRMs, email providers, ad platforms, AI providers, or communication tools
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, sales process, data quality, team responsiveness, pricing, audience, and business operations.
4. Proposals, Quotes, and Scope of Work
Any proposal, quote, or service agreement we provide is valid only for the period stated in that document.
The scope of work will be limited to the deliverables specifically agreed in writing.
Anything not included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote or approval.
Examples of additional work may include:
New features or workflow changes
Additional CRM integrations
Additional AI agents
Changes to automations after approval
New landing pages, forms, dashboards, or reports
Data cleanup or migration not included in the original scope
Additional training or documentation
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services properly, we may require access to certain information, systems, tools, or accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely access to what is reasonably required, which may include:
CRM access
Website form access
Email platform access
Calendar or booking tool access
Automation platform access
API keys or integration permissions
Brand assets
Sales process information
Lead qualification criteria
Contact details for relevant team members
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any data, account access, or information with us.
Delays in providing access, feedback, approvals, or information may delay delivery timelines.
6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Funnnl may use third-party tools to deliver services. These may include platforms for AI processing, automation, CRM, email, messaging, analytics, proposals, forms, hosting, and scheduling.
Examples may include OpenAI, n8n, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Calendly, Framer, Tally, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp Business tools, PandaDoc, and similar platforms.
You understand that:
Third-party tools have their own terms, pricing, limits, privacy policies, and availability
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers
You may be responsible for paying third-party subscription, usage, API, hosting, or platform fees
Some tools may process data outside your country of residence
Where possible, we will recommend suitable tools, but the final responsibility for approving and maintaining third-party accounts remains with you.
7. AI-Generated Output
Some Funnnl systems may use AI to generate, classify, summarise, score, personalise, or recommend actions.
AI-generated output may include:
Lead scores
Prospect summaries
Suggested follow-up messages
Email drafts
CRM notes
Call summaries
Sales alerts
Internal workflow recommendations
AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated output before relying on it for important business decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, or customer communications.
Funnnl does not warrant that AI-generated output will always be accurate, error-free, compliant, or suitable for every situation.
8. Payments and Fees
Fees will be set out in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Project work may require an upfront deposit before work begins
Remaining balances are due on delivery, milestone completion, or as stated in the invoice
Monthly retainers are billed in advance
All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice
Work may be paused if payments are overdue
Third-party tool costs are not included unless specifically stated
All prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
9. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, Funnnl may:
Pause work or support
Withhold delivery of final assets, documentation, or handover materials
Suspend ongoing services
Charge reasonable late payment fees or interest where allowed by law
Recover reasonable costs associated with collecting overdue amounts
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they reserve time, planning, strategy, and technical resources.
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you may still be liable for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds, if any, will be handled at Funnnl’s discretion and based on the stage of work completed, costs incurred, and terms agreed in the relevant proposal or agreement.
11. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver work within agreed timelines.
However, timelines may change due to:
Delayed client feedback

Changes in project scope
Third-party platform issues

Unforeseen complexity
Any timelines provided are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed deadlines in writing.
12. Revisions and Changes

Revisions must relate to the agreed scope of work.
Requests that materially change the original scope, functionality, platform, workflow logic, or deliverables may be quoted separately.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

We take privacy and data protection seriously.
When we process personal information, we do so in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide to us has been collected lawfully and may be used for the intended automation, CRM, communication, or workflow purpose.
You should not provide us with sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary and agreed in writing.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funnnl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of leads, loss of business opportunity, reputational damage, or interruption of business.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Funnnl’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
